I think I'm being scammed

I think I'm being scammed I'm a Swiss woman who is in online contact with a guy who claims to be US citizen from Texas. He told me he worked as an engineer on an oil rig in Norway and due to an incident he has to replace the equipment to the oil company. Unfortunately I fell in love with him. He told me he couldn't have access to his bank account at "Armamentcapital Bank", that's why this bank should send the money to my bank account in Switzerland and I should transfer it after to my boyfriend in Norway! My boyfriend made me enter to his bank account at this "Armamentcapital Bank" where I saw an amount of over $1,000,000. The bank should transfer $100,000 to my account in Switzerland. However, this bank requested first a big amount to receive a COT code to enable us to go ahead with the transfer! But after getting this COT code the bank asked over and over for further deposits and fees until I spent more than $40'000, but the transfer of the $100,000 has still not been realized! I know I have been very stupid to pay so much money to them and I suppose that this bank doesn't really exist and that even my boyfriend is involved in this fraud! What do you think?
