1. What PathTested is

PathTested (https://pathtested.com) is a community platform where people ask questions and get answers from other people who have firsthand experience with the topic. Answers on PathTested are personal experiences shared by individual community members — they are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice, and PathTested does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of anything posted by users. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here, especially for health, legal, financial, or safety-related questions.

2. Accounts

You need an account to ask questions, answer, vote, or report content. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide a real, working email address to verify your account. You may not create an account for anyone else, or misrepresent your identity.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post (questions, answers, your profile). By posting, you grant PathTested a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make your content available as part of the service — including keeping previously-published content visible (or a stable, indexable URL for it) even after edits, since search engines and other users may already reference it. You're responsible for making sure you actually have the right to share what you post — see the Copyright section below.

You agree not to post: spam or content whose primary purpose is manipulating search rankings; plagiarized material; fabricated experiences presented as real; instructions for dangerous or illegal activity; harassment, hate speech, or content that targets a specific person; or anything that infringes someone else's rights. 4. Moderation

We may hide, remove, lock, or restrict access to any content, and warn, suspend, or ban any account, at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We aim to prefer removing or hiding problem content over deleting it outright when it has ongoing value to other users, but we don't guarantee any particular outcome for a report.

5. Copyright

Only post content you have the right to share. If you believe content on PathTested infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, the specific URL of the content, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, via our contact form (choose "Copyright / infringement notice"). We will review and act on valid notices.

6. Disclaimers & liability

PathTested is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or safe to rely on. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PathTested is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on content posted by other users.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
