Why does my shower tray creak and flex when I step into it?
Our shower tray has started creaking and flexing slightly whenever anyone stands on it, especially near the middle. It's about three years old and there's no visible cracking or damage that I can see. I'm not sure if this is just how some trays are, or if it's a sign the tray isn't properly supported underneath and could be a problem down the line. Should I be worried about this, and is it something that can be fixed without ripping the whole shower out, or does the tray need replacing?
