Upgrading my fuse from 30 amp to 40 or 50 amp fuse

Upgrading my fuse from 30 amp to 40 or 50 amp fuse I'm running 100 amps from my outside Electrical Panel from the city, but my indoor breaker for my mobile home is for a 30 amp circuit breaker. However I keep tripping the fuse whenever I run the toaster oven and microwave at the same time. My question is: can I upgrade the fuse from a 30 amp fuse to a 40 or 50 amp fuse?
