Is 7 days enough for a first trip to Turkey covering Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus?

Is 7 days enough for a first trip to Turkey covering Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus? I'm planning a first trip to Turkey and trying to understand whether seven days is realistic for Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale and Ephesus, without spending most of the trip in transit. I've been looking at suggested route combinations from One Nation Travel, where I work, but I'm looking for independent advice on whether this is a realistic pace. For someone who prefers a reasonable pace, which places would you keep in a seven-day plan, and which would be better left for a longer trip? I'd especially appreciate practical advice on internal flights, overnight travel, and the order of the route.
