How long after installation can a toilet be used, if silicone sealant and solvent-weld pipe were used?

How long after installation can a toilet be used, if silicone sealant and solvent-weld pipe were used? I've just had a new toilet fitted. The installer used silicone sealant around the base where it meets the floor, and the waste pipe connection was joined with solvent cement rather than a push-fit connector. I want to avoid causing a leak by using it too soon. How long should I actually wait before using the toilet normally — is it based on the sealant curing, the pipe joint curing, or something else? Does it matter if I just need it to flush vs. fully load-test the seal?
