How can I repair a partially cut floor truss chord?

How can I repair a partially cut floor truss chord? I accidentally cut into a floor joist while removing subfloor. 1/4” on one side 11/16” in the middle and 3/8” on other side. 12” from wall and 6” from metal connector. What are my options? I was thinking I could glue and screw a 4' 2x4 to one side and add blocking in the middle and on both sides.
