Frigidaire induction range cooktop randomly locks
I bought a Frigidaire GCFI3060BF induction range about a year ago and every once in a while the cooktop locks us out. The oven works, but the cooktop isn't illuminated, doesn't respond to input, and just beeps when you try to interact with it. The way it's acting is as if the heat/spill safety has been tripped, but for no discernable reason. Because it's random, I haven't been able to reproduce it with a repair tech watching. Is this a known issue or a feature I don't know about?
