EES exit wait times

EES exit wait times There seems to be a load of information on the internet about the delays being caused by EES on travellers entering Schengen, but I can't really find anything on the other side - leaving again. I'm travelling after the current 'break clause' expires, no connections so I'm not too worried about any delays inbound (it'll just make me later to the hotel), but obviously don't want to miss my return flight. I'll be travelling back from Kraków Airport (KRK) around lunchtime on a weekday, and plan to get to the airport well in advance, but as far as I can tell the bag drop only opens two hours before the flight - should I be concerned? Logically everyone travelling should be already registered by that point, so it's just the additional processing time of the exit process?
